Description

Verily's core strategy to advance precision health is by closing the gap between research and care. Our team of TPMs are responsible for helping drive development efforts for bridging care delivery and clinical research worlds. You will work to drive the next generation of care program and research participant enrollment flows across our platform end to end. You will work closely with internal cross-discipline and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors and partners to support our efforts to design, develop, and deliver solutions. You will organize and plan the path forward; identify, mitigate, and plan around project risks; exercise accountability of multiple functions while demonstrating the flexibility to assist where needed to ensure the success of Verily.

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with technical/engineering, cross-functional teams and external points of contact to lead execution of key projects and partnerships, accountable for coordination and on-schedule achievement of engineering deliverables.Partner with product management to represent partner requirements in the product development life cycle, including design, engineering, testing/validation and commercialization, so that end product aligns with technical specifications and overarching strategy, while ensuring that product/partner requirements are incorporated into product roadmap.Use technical skills to understand and make project trade offs, prioritize partner needs, challenge assumptions, and evaluate project work and risks.Communicate both vision and details (such as project status and risks to various levels of the organization); persuasion through reasoning and data; and resolution of conflicts over goals, priorities, and approach.Apply essential program management skills including: developing strategies/timelines/milestones, resource/budgets planning, risks identification/mitigation, build processes to scale, excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder comms and leadership comms, project reviews and project tracking.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Experience landing complex product development projects across cross-functional teams with a cross-discipline team, delivering standalone products, or software modules that were part of a larger software system launch.Familiarity with implementing and maintaining agile development.Demonstrated technical skills in project/program management (certification preferred).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital health.Experience working in insurance and healthcare.Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA and Confluence).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
