Equifax is looking for a talent credit risk customer life cycle expert to refine and manage the customer product journey at Equifax from start to finish. This job will be responsible for defining and evolving the customer journey within Equifax's USIS Division.
The ideal candidate will navigate a complex and matrixed product offering and create coherent journeys and experiences to target customer segments. They will define what products and offerings are best to engage customers with an eye on how to then grow the business within an established customer, reflecting the additional value driven through Equifax products.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with creating long term customers and has a proven track record for creating cohesive experiences that address the full lifecycle of credit needs for business customers.
What you'll Do
Evaluate and perform gap analysis on existing customer journeys across multiple segmentsPropose solutions to address gaps and address new opportunities in the customer product journeyOversee the customer product journey for key customer segmentsManage the roadmap for customer product journey enhancements across multiple platformsWork closely with product managers, tech leaders ,data scientists and other leaders to drive and measure customer journey outcomesWhat is the experience you need
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred5 years of experience working with FinTech, Telco and/or Auto verticals10+ years of industry experience supporting credit risk life cycle stages (Pre screen, origination, account management)5 or more years of experience in Product Management2 or more of management experienceWhat could set you apart
Expert knowledge of credit Risk Data industryRelevant product management experience in two or more of the credit lifecycle stagesStrong customer segmentation capabilities5+ Years of CX experienceExcellent presentation skillsExperience managing a product ecosystem
