Essential Functions:Scans prescriptions and orders to be delivered to create a delivery log and loads them into the vehicle, keeping in mind any special storage requirements, such as refrigeration, and delivers them to residences or care facilities using a company vehicle.Ensures efficient route selection and follows all safety and company rules.Obtains appropriate signatures and ensures accuracy, privacy, and reliability of each delivery.Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.Answers customers questions in a courteous and friendly mannerContributes to the team by performing other duties as required.Participating in Hamilton's efforts related to revenue cycle, which include, but are not limited to, achieving goals for productivity; meeting or exceeding revenue targets; and expense management as budgeted.Demonstrating commitment to established Workplace Values: Innovation; Integrity; Quality; Accountability; Respect; Commitment and Inclusion. Practices behaviors that effectively demonstrate the Hamilton's Workplace Values and supports goal to co-create a great workplace.Traveling throughout the service areas as required.Performing other duties as assigned in support of mission and as required to ensure delivery of consistent high-quality services.Requirements:
Healthcare Knowledge: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume pharmacyTech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic data entry computer skills.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Team Player: An industrious and cooperative nature to foster harmonious working relationships with clinic management, physicians, clinicians, and the public.High School Diploma: High school diploma is necessary or an equivalentPreferred Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited medical assistance programPrior CPR/First Aid certificationOne (1) year of working experience in medical or physician office setting.Knowledge of The Joint Commission regulationsBi-lingual in Spanish, Nepali, French
