Talent Space, Inc. is looking for a Channel Marketing Program Manager for one of its client in the hi-tech domain.

Responsibilities:Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, email, social media, events, etc.) that support business goals.Partner with internal teams including product marketing, demand generation, content, creative, performance marketing, and sales to ensure campaign consistency, alignment, and efficiency.Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, target audience, key messages, and timelinesManage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure deadlines are met, campaigns are delivered within scope, and resources are effectively utilized.Establish KPIs and success metrics for each campaign. Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders. Recommend and implement optimizations based on data.Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the campaign process and work cross-functionally to address them to keep campaigns on track.Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign progress, updates, and results.Provide regular status reports and presentations to leadership and relevant teams.Regularly review and refine program processes to drive efficiencies, innovation, and better results. Implement best practices in integrated marketing and program management.Skills:

8-10 years experience managing integrated marketing campaignsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred.Strong program/project management skillsStrong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.Experience with Jira and ConfluenceVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
