We're seeking an Interim Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team for a seven-month period while a team member is on maternity leave. In this role, you will lead marketing projects and initiatives designed to boost awareness, engagement, and growth of our programs and global community.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, capable of developing and executing go-to-market plans and project briefs. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that span both B2C and B2B audiences, contributing to some of Lean In's most impactful programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer with a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives to make a meaningful and lasting difference for women in the workplace.

What You Will Do

Project manage new product launches and campaigns that span various channels (eg. paid media, email, web, events). This includes developing the plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, establishing measurement rubrics for ongoing optimizations, and ensuring the overall project's success.

Work with the digital marketing team to build and optimize email nurture campaigns for key programs.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution to build awareness, acquisition, and engagement of new and existing audiences at scale. Ensure integration across all consumer touchpoints to effectively build awareness (reach), engagement, and conversion of new and existing audiences.

Manage integrated marketing campaigns and “always on” channels that stretch across our B2C and B2B programs and audiences.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (including partnerships, programs, and communications), marketing functions (social, creative, performance), and channel leads (email, web) to develop and execute cohesive, compelling marketing activations.

Develop and execute test/learn plans to develop new marketing approaches and channels that improve the overall marketing mix.

Analyze and monitor the performance of initiatives to ensure we are effective and efficient. Synthesize key learnings and develop recommendations for future optimization.

What You Will Bring

7+ years of marketing experience in campaign management with a focus on strategic marketing that moves the needle with a heavy focus on digital activations including, but not limited to social media, ads, email marketing, PR, and content marketing.

Project management experience effectively managing complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns with parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies from messaging to product innovation to go-to-market strategy.

Experience constructing creative briefs, providing feedback, and delivering engaging creative with agency and/or in-house creative team.

Strong knowledge of Marketing trends in the evolving business environment and the data and metrics needed to demonstrate campaign success.

Strong communication skills and ability to present and influence key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

What We Will Offer You

The base salary range for this role varies depending on a candidate’s location which is categorized into one of two bands. National Band: $113,000-$122,000. Bay Area/New York Metro Band: $125,000-$136,000.

The actual base salary within the applicable market range may also vary depending on the candidate's qualifications, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Important Information

This is a full-time, individual contributor position.

This is a time-limited position with an anticipated duration of 7 months (mid-October through mid-May).

While we are a remote-first organization and work schedules are flexible, team-wide meetings are often held between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Pacific Time.

Occasional travel is required for organization-wide offsites and events.

The selected individual must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
