3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field is required.A bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field is preferred.A portfolio showcasing relevant design and marketing projects is required.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating high-quality visuals.Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.Understanding of web design principles. WordPress experience is a plus.Ability to create visually compelling and engaging designs that effectively communicate messages.Ability to maintain brand consistency across various channels.Ability to develop and design various types of content, including graphics, videos, and animations.Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating engaging content.Strong writing skills, ability to create compelling content for both design and marketing purposes.Experience with SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and website management.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Ability to work effectively with a team and collaborate on design projects.Experience organizing and managing digital assets efficiently.Responsibilities & Duties

Ensure consistency of the company's brand across all digital and print channels.Work to unify the brand across all documents including specification sheets, product sheets, care and maintenance sheets, warranty guides, etc.Design and develop high-quality assets for various marketing materials, including social media posts, sales collateral, website elements, brochures, and presentations.Keep track of and manage all digital assets used for marketing and design.Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.Create and manage content for various marketing channels (e.g., blog, social media, email).Complete basic updates and add content to our website.Develop and create landing pages, email templates, and other website elements.Interact with followers and build a positive online community.Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.Work with internal and external teams on marketing campaigns and projects.Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.Schedule & Pay

Full-Time: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.This position is in-office, remote work is not available.Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands.Salary is competitive and comparable to industry standards.
