You'll partner with the Executive Director to strategically allocate resources, fine-tune marketing efforts, and provide crucial support for our mid-level fundraising initiatives. Your mission? This is an in-office role in Franklin, TN
Here's just some of what you will be doing daily...Manage consistent with and in furtherance of the priorities established in the Ministry's strategic plan.Help create and execute a strategy, reflective of K-LOVE's culture and values, that increases the number of donors making gifts up to $100,000, with a specific focus on increasing gifts ranging from $10,000 - $50,000.Deliver consistently strong and comprehensive fundraising results including but not limited to closing mid-level gifts, pledge drive success support, planned giving, and noncash gifts; ensure major and principal level donors are escalated with an appropriate transition plan.Improve the year-over-year retention of mid-level donors and more fully engage them as partners.Meet all individual portfolio fundraising and other assigned goals.Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to team members in all areas of fundraising and stewardship; consistently improve Donor Advisor performance and assist in their gift closing as needed.Effectively manage a remote/regional staff by applying prior relevant experience.Standardize policies and procedures and advance best practices within mid-level fundraising to maximize efficiency and serve donors effectively.Work closely with prospect development and research to ensure that all fundraiser portfolios are maximized with current opportunity and moving forward.Increase effectiveness of team's early-stage discovery and qualification outreach to high-net-worth prospects, including improved results from colder calls when needed.Build strong working relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Director and other members of the department and Ministry.Assist as needed with high quality experiences between Ministry leadership and donors.Be responsive to all stakeholders of the mid-level fundraising program.We are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. Bachelor's Degree required, specialized fundraising qualifications preferred.Minimum 5 plus years' experience in fundraising/fundraising management or a related (sales) field.Prior supervisory experience required; love for coaching and pursuing team development a plus.Fundraising (or customer relationship) experience that includes portfolio management.Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Experience with contact tracking databases and customer relationship management tools are key to performing this role effectively. Must be well versed and have the technical aptitude to maximize the system capabilities. Salesforce experience a plus.Effective time and detail management with the ability to manage and complete several projects at the same time. Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere Ministry relationships.Strong analytical skills required.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.Role-Specific skills we are looking for:
