GENERAL FUNCTIONS

The Grant Management Accountant is responsible for providing support for grant, contract, and project accounting, completion of the close, and ensuring that the related activity has been recorded and reported correctly.

Provide support for grant, contract, and project activitiesAssist in the month end, quarter end and the year-end close processPrepare, code and record journal entries in GLReview grant, contract, and project balances and activityCollect and/or prepare appropriate supporting documents for all grant, contract, and project activityPrepare and distribute grant, contract, and project invoices for client YMCAs as requiredObtain approval for activities per policies and proceduresProvide audit support specific to general accountingPrepare grant, contract, and project reportsPerform other duties as assigned

This position offers a base salary of

$61,500.00 up to $82,000.00

Final salary is determined by required qualifications, experience, and education for this role.
