is seeking a skilled and experience CT Supervisor / Lead to supervise our client's well-established team in southwestern New Jersey. The CT Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with safety regulations, and high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in CT imaging, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Management:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of CT technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient safety, conducting regular quality control checks and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Training and Development:

Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for CT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, minimizing wait times and enhancing patient satisfaction.Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure all CT equipment is properly maintained and functioning, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.Patient Care:

Provide direct patient care as necessary, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and compassionate service.Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of procedures, quality control tests, and staff performance, providing reports to upper management as required.Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.NJ DEP License,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in CT technology and imaging protocols, excellent organizational abilities.In-depth understanding of radiologic safety standards and regulatory requirements.Benefits:
