The Position
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of Texas
Coverage Litigation experience is preferred but not required
Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL and property) is a plus
Experience in both third-party or first-party claims is a plus
Responsibilities
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
Draft coverage opinion letters
Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation
Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Salary Range : Competitive and based on experience - Range is $115,000 - $175,000.
