Responsibilities:

Manage job sites and community dailySchedule and oversee municipal inspectionsUse centralized scheduling tools to progress projects thru the build schedule.Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of workPerform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance ProcessMaintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agenciesApprove subcontractor payments and monitor job budgetsCommunicate on a regular basis with homeowners throughout the construction process to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform timely follow ups on homes post-closing and manage completion of warranty claimsRequired Education

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree in construction science or other relative study preferred.Driver's license requiredRequired Experience

1-2 years in residential construction industry
