About the Role:

As a Production Assembler Lead, you'll be the powerhouse driving the success of our production lines. You'll oversee production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way. You are a natural leader with a talent for motivating and guiding teams to success. With a sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, you ensure that production runs efficiently and stays on schedule. Your excellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across departments, from quality control to maintenance, ensuring smooth operations. Calm under pressure, you are always ready to find solutions and keep production on track. With a deep understanding of production processes, you continually seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Be the Leader: You'll be responsible for verifying all packaging instructions are followed to the letter. If there's an issue, you'll be the one to notify the right departments and keep things on track.Ensure Quality: By performing regular quality checks, you'll ensure our products meet the high standards MeriCal is known for.Drive Efficiency: You'll manage staging and clearing production lines, so everything is ready to go for the next job-keeping us running like a well-oiled machine.Paperwork Pro: You'll ensure all cleaning logs and production paperwork are completed and signed off properly-accuracy matters!Mentor and Motivate: You'll assist in training your team, assigning tasks, and setting daily goals to ensure everyone is aligned and working together toward success.Problem Solver: You'll work with the Maintenance Department to handle any equipment changes or issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Lead by Example: Your leadership will be instrumental in building a solid team, showing up every day with a positive attitude and inspiring others to do the same.Qualifications:

1-3 years as a production line lead, ideally in an FDA-regulated packaging environment.Must be able to read, write, and speak English and must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.Able to stand for long periods (8-12 hours) and lift over 50 lbs when needed.Education Requirements:

High School Diploma is a must; an A.A. or higher is a plus.The Perks:
