Serve as technical team member, leading and supporting Operations Oversight Technical Experts in ongoing operations and continued monitoring of a subset of all interfaces, hardware and other infrastructure concerns supporting EHRM-IO implementations.

Technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics and multiple platforms.Coordinate between interfaces and all infrastructure areas - including environments and LAN / WAN configurationCoordinate across DoD, FEHRM, EHRM-IO and VA to address key technical issues.Conduct technical analysis in support of incident managementDevelop reports to escalate issues to EHRM-IO leadershipttend Major Incident CallsReview and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentationReview and manage After Action Review (AAR) events and documentationnalyze Incident and Change request trends for additional optimization of design or configuration to improve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as: reduce mean time between failures (MTBF), reduce mean time to respond / repair (MTTR)

Minimum qualifications:

15+ years of professional work experienceMust create strategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems/subsystems into an operational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities are retained.Coordinate with development and user teams to assess risks, goals and needs and ensure that all are adequately addressed.Must be experienced in introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent or an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
