Screen inbound & outbound calls to generate service appointments via phone or internetHandle all incoming service callsSet service appointmentsWork with outbound call lists accordingly to set an appointment for service due, manufacturer campaigns, parts ordered, etcProvide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledgeEstablishes and attains goals developed by management of providing the customer with excellent service and responsive follow up aimed at increasing sales resultsHere is what you will need:
Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skillsProficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google.Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills.Previous customer service experience is a huge plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredHigh school diploma/GED requiredMust have a clean & valid driver's licenseMust be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
