Job Title: GMP LMS SpecialistWork Schedule: Mon - Fri, Business Hours
Ideal skills/qualifications:1. Intermediate to advanced skills navigating an electronic Learning Management System (eLMS) and electronic Document Management System (eDMS). Prior experience using SuccessFactors LMS preferred.2. Candidate must be familiar with GMP requirements. Preferably as part of a QA organization/department3. Important for the candidate to know:Navigates the LMS and Training Request ticket system (ServiceNow). This entails 60% of daily activities and performed in 3 electronic systems to address training related requests and deployment of assignments. We will provide training however, experience in one or more of those systems is very beneficial.4. Experience as a GMP Qualified Trainer for Adult Learners would be a positive attribute5. Beginner to advanced experience in creation of computer based training modules (e.g. Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, etc.) would be valuable
SCOPE OF POSITION:This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all training requests and successful updates to the electronic GxP Learning Management System (LMS). Provide technical support to the business as required for use of the LMS.Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in written form.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and assign training curriculums for site personnel in LMSAdministers the LMS and Training Management request system (ServiceNow); 60% of daily activities are performed in an electronic system to address training related requestsProvides support for miscellaneous requestsProvide LMS troubleshootingRecognizes and resolves training discrepanciesReviews documents for Training Assessments via the eDMS and provide support to the Records Management teamResponsible for providing training metrics for multiple levels of the organization as well as audit supportFiles all hard copy training documentation and provides general administrative support as requiredContributes to projects and goals within the work groupPerforms other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (As Applicable)Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.Experience in the SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and/or Veeva GMP Systems beneficial.
WORKING CONDITIONS: (US Only)Work is performed in a typical office environment, with standard office equipment available and used. During events which may limit the number of employees allowed on site, ability to work remotely may be required. Work is generally performed seated but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time but not necessary.
