Enterprise Quality is a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. It encompasses a Quality Operations division that supports QMS Management and Commercial Quality Shared Services. This organization has a focus on new and innovative technologies and implementing the appropriate quality controls for the determined risk profiles.

The Senior Analyst, Training & Document Management, Enterprise Quality executes the methodology and processes for training and document management for Quality System Documents, Non-GxP System Documents and Quality Records for Technology Services ensuring compliance with quality system processes.

The role will not only support current training and document management process but will act as a change agent for enhancements and process improvements of the future to deliver the best product to our customers.Key Responsibilities :

Deliver customer guidance and consultancy to Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) end usersFunction as the EDMS and LMS Business AdministratorSupport execution of Training and Document Management SLAs and relevant metric targetsDevelop and review Quality System DocumentsSupport Technology Services operation's compliance to regulatory inspectionsSupport continuous process/system improvement initiativesThis role will work with globally diverse teams in an inclusive environmentThis role will promote an environment which encourages the company's credo and the value of a diverse workforceEducation:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; focused degree in Technology, Quality or related field is preferredExperience and Skills:

Required:Minimum four (4) years of working experienceExperience across multiple disciplines or job functions related to IT and/or QualityHands-on experience in quality assurance, compliance, and quality systemsExperience in writing policies and managing compliance documentsMust be familiar with procedures, work instructions, forms and templatesAbility to multi-task and own multiple projectsStrong influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written and both at business and technical levelsStrong work ethic with ability to create passion around achieving objectivesPreferred:Experience in identifying areas of potential compliance risks and implementing strategies to reduce those risksKnowledge of IT systems and process analysis toolsKnowledge in Cornerstone OnDemandExperience working in document management systemsWorks effectively in a virtual team environmentOther:Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.This position has an estimated annual salary of 77,000- 124,200 USD$Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k).Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar yearSick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar yearHoliday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar yearWork, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar yearJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
