A mid-sized construction company in Saratoga County is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.Lead project teams that consist of tradespeople, contractors, and subcontractors.Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Collaborate with clients, engineers, and government agencies as needed.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Address any issues or conflicts that may emerge throughout the construction process.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and safety.Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and contracts.Foster a culture of safety and teamwork among project personnel.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field or relevant work experience.3+ years experience in construction industry.Proficiency in project management and/or estimating software and tools.Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, methods, and applicable standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.
