Well established hedge fund is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their busy recruitment function. Responsibilities include owning the entire candidate experience. Will require heavy interview scheduling including setting up vc links, coordinating with agencies and hiring managers, scheduling feedback sessions, tracking candidates through the interview process, writing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience from resume submission to offer and onboarding. Role will also support small campus recruiting effort. Great team and room to take on more! Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus at least one year of relevant recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced professional services environment. Must be extremely detail oriented, and have proven success in a fast-paced work environment. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an ability to learn new technology easily. Prior experience using an ATS or CRM; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
