We are looking for an
FHA Property Preservation Coordinator
responsible for coordinating a variety of services within the property preservation process.
Your specific duties may include:Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs.Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely.Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion.Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.Utilize multiple databases and software programs to assist in performing & completing day-to-day job duties.Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale.Specific qualifications for the position include :
Must have FHA Prop Pres experienceAbility to quickly learn proprietary software.Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload.Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pay Rate Range : $21.00 - $23 per hour.
Compensation may depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
