Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and accuracy of our services through comprehensive monitoring and analysis. This role is critical for maintaining high standards in occupational health services and addressing any issues related to interagency agreements.

Desired Qualifications:Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.2-3 years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing.Strong attention to detail and result-oriented approach.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in oral and written communication, with experience in dealing with diverse customers (internal and external).Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Advanced computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and other relevant applications.Responsibilities:

Monitor Interagency Agreements to ensure quality, quantity of services, ease of implementation, and customer satisfaction (internally and externally).Independently address and resolve quality issues related to the management of interagency agreements.Respond to requests for information from client agency contacts regarding agreement content, services, schedules, and billing.Facilitate effective communication between FOH and customers.Track and report on services provided across the country.Produce customized reports outlining services provided, as directed by FOH.Assist in the development and pricing of interagency agreements; work with Clinical Fiscal on pricing of line items and manage information on small procurements.Maintain and update the WF spreadsheet related to agreements and procurements.Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Proficiency in managing quality assurance processes and tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of various aspects of healthcare, including medication administration, infectious disease care, ER, ophthalmology, CT, case management, dermal fillers, pediatrics, vital signs, and physical examinations is a plus.

Compensation - Min: $90,000/ Max: $105,000

This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
