Redmond, Oregon ! This key position is a crucial link between HR and all employees, ensuring comprehensive personnel records management while overseeing critical employee programs that enhance retention and satisfaction. The Human Resources Manager is integral in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, guiding performance management efforts, and facilitating the benefits and leave process administration. RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for comprehensive staff benefits administration and communication.Manage the annual employee benefits open enrollment process, ensuring clear communication and resource access.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of benefits programs, including payroll deductions and 401k contributions.Provide guidance and support to management regarding performance management, including coaching and corrective action.Oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting and policy compliance.Facilitate the administration of leave processes and accommodations, maintaining clear communication with employees.Maintain accurate HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.Collaborate with the operations team to analyze staffing needs and ensure that cultural and qualifications are fit for candidates.Utilize HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Develop and implement effective employee communications regarding benefits, policies, and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least three years of management experience in Human Resources, demonstrating strong leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for managing confidential employee information.Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:In addition to offering a competitive base salary (DOE) of $90,000 to $115,000, this incredible role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial company contributions toward customizable health insurance plans, fully covered dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program offering counseling and additional resources.
