POSITION SUMMARYPerform routine daily functions in support of Finance Shared Services. Standard responsibilities will be transactional in nature and consist of data entry, account reconciliations, first touch customer contact and resolution.

Previous customer service (inbound calls) and billing experience preferred!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide support with day-to-day finance operations, including data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining recordsSupport the maintenance of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of best practicesAssist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation for the finance operations tasks routinely performedContribute to departmental initiatives and projects as assigned, supporting the achievement of goals and objectivesServe as a liaison between the Finance Operations team and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerAssist in fostering relationships with external partners, such as vendors and financial institutions, to ensure effective collaborationStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply knowledge to enhance finance operationsLive our values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial SpiritFind A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardizationContinuously learn and develop self professionallySupport corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & proceduresPerform other related duties as required and assignedQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be consideredProfessional work experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar roleSolid understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey informationStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer service-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approachStrong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results
