Commonwealth Rolled Products is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum rolled products for the Automotive, Commercial, and Industrial markets. The Company operates its production facility in Lewisport, KY with the support of an Automotive Innovation Center for R&D, Sales and Field Service in Madison Heights (DET), and Inside Sales in the Cleveland, OH area.
Our Account Management team is seeking to add a talented Claims & Account Management Specialist. The purpose of this role is to sell and provide superior service to customers via effective, measurable administration of claims processes while protecting the interests of Commonwealth Rolled Products. This role contributes to achievement of strategic initiatives and objectives by offering guidance/expertise to key customers and other members of the Automotive and Common Alloy teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Actively participate in maintaining a zero incident safety cultureLive and champion the Commonwealth Rolled Products core values; Safety, Integrity, Customer Focus, Ownership, Excellence, and TeamworkInteract with customers regarding claims and account management responsibilitiesReceive, review and process customer claims and deductionsDerive and enter customer credits and/or supplemental invoicesCreate and maintain reports specific to claims, deductions and creditsPartner with field and product engineers to finalize claim investigations and dispositionsReview, enter, and check customer sales ordersMaintain account management electronic filing systems as neededAssist account management with completion of assigned team responsibilitiesProvide backup to claims analyst, account coordinator and account management representativesRequired Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business management or related fieldExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and organization skillsAbility to use computer applications, such as spreadsheets, word processing documents, databases, and e-mail programsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related fieldPrefer 3 years of experience in a metals or related business with a working knowledge of aluminum products
