The Case Manager coordinates with physicians, nurses, social workers and the health care team to expedite medically appropriate, cost-effective care. The Case Manager applies clinical expertise and medical appropriateness criteria to resource utilization and discharge planning. The Case Manager will assume a leadership role within the health care team. This is a safety sensitive position.*ZRQualificationsCurrent unencumbered RN Nursing license issued by the State of Oklahoma. Minimum of five years of hospital based clinical nursing experience. Minimum of an Associates degree.Preferred: Bachelor of Science of Nursing and/or Certified Case Manager. Utilization review and/or Case Management experience.
