We focus on a wide range of projects, including ad algorithm analysis, business performance evaluation, user behavior analysis, business dashboard development, A/B testing, etc. Our ultimate goal is to leverage data to optimize strategies and maximize revenue.As a Data Scientist, your mission is to deliver high-impact data insights that empower our teams to make the best possible decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of our advertising business in the US, working closely with local & global team members to analyze data, refine strategies, and drive success in this exciting new venture.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver actionable analytics insights to grow Ad businessPartner with cross-functional teams across the organization such as Product Managers, Engineering, and business teamsWork closely with product managers, business partners, and engineers to prioritize data projects that will maximize business impact and inform product strategy and planning.Develop metrics, analytics frameworks, develop dashboards,
and data science roadmaps to drive the decision-making process at all levels of the company.Be hands-on in conducting analysis and providing actionable insights regarding UI updates, ranking updates, marketing updates, and so onBe responsible for managing revenue metrics, conducting deep dive analysis to better understand customer trends, and proposing actionsRequirementsRequired Experience:Advanced degrees are in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or analytical field5 or more years of analytical work experience related to online advertising3 or more years’ experience in one or more programming languages used for data analysis (Python, R, etc.)Prior experience working as a DS lead with cross-functional partnersAdvanced SQLExperience with data visualization with BI tools (Tableau or Redash are preferred)Expert knowledge of A/B testing, applied statistics, and predictive modeling (fit regression curves, build predictive models, choose sample sizes, etc.)Business-level EnglishNice to have experiences/skillsExperience of working collaboratively with global teamsUnderstanding of data engineering tasks (e.g. data warehousing, model deployment, using data workflow tools like dbt or Airflow)Experience related to Ad business growth, product features development, B2B sales and marketingBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $175,000 to $270,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity401(k) with employer matchingUp to 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyA benefits plan with monthly allowancesComplimentary lunch, snacks, and beverages in the officeClick here for more details
