Do you enjoy developing engaging learning for a diverse global audience?Do you have an eye for detail, excellent design skill, and an understanding of learning management systems?Do you have experience with adult learning best practices?What You Will Do?To facilitate our LMS migration, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced instructional designer to update, build, and publish e-learning in our corporate learning platform. In addition, this role will provide instructional design for the development of product certification courses for our sales audience.Primary Responsibilities

Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, videos, and assessments.Partner closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to make content edits and updates while also re-building courses in the corporate LMS.Develop and manage training timelines, assets, and resources using the Asana project management platform.Provide design and development support, including writing assessments, for the creation of product training for sellersCreate instructional materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, interactive, and consistent with sound instructional design principles to assist product and skills training.Use adult learning best practices to identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content.Audit content for ADA complianceAdd content to learning/content management systems and invite/assign learners to appropriate content.Responsibilities include:Publishing SCORM files, user acceptance testing, building assessments, assigning learners, and troubleshootingInstructional Design and Technical Skills

Instructional design and content development (scripts, job aids, eLearning, etc.).Demonstrated ability to use Articulate RiseExperience with multiple learning management systemsExperience using the Google Office Suite (Document, Spreadsheet, Slides, Meet, etc.)Video editing skills using Camtasia or similar toolExperience writing storyboards and assessment questions, creating job aids, and other sales support materialsProject Management Experience

Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and multitaskingCoordinating and working with Subject Matter Experts to gather, create and review content.Track record demonstrating attention to detail and managing complex design/development projects, ideally using the Asana Project Management tool.Ability to work independently and with a team.Curiosity and ability to learn new industries and technologies.Self-Management and Soft Skills
