A recognized services organization in Virginia is currently seeking a new Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for the management and support of the organization's LMS.
Responsibilities:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will:Oversee the daily operations of the LMSManage user accounts, roles, and permissionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesCreate and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentationUpload, organize, and manage e-learning courses and materialsEnsure all content is current, accurate, and accessibleAssist with the design and development of new learning materials as neededGenerate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completions, and learner progressProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experienceWork closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training programsPropose and implement enhancements to the LMS to improve functionality and user experienceConduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standardsQualifications:
2+ years of experience in a LMS/JLC administration or a similar roleBachelor's degree in information technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldProficiency in LMS/JLC software and related technologiesFamiliarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPIStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsDesired Skills:
Experience with specific LMS/JLC platforms (Docebo)Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
