Job Summary
Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. The technical trainer will support our Lender Services Team. This position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the technical training of Stewart employees on primary production system, and various integrated applications and/or business processes designed for field useReview and escalate business needs and determine associated learning and development gapsAssists with content design, development, and content delivery creating a positive, enjoyable experience for Stewart employees attending training coursesApplies learning theory to learning program design and assists in evaluating training programs on an ongoing basis to ensure organizational and individual needs are metApplies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organizationActs as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team membersFacilitate learning within the organization through in person or virtual instructor led session, one-on-one interactionsInteracts with employees of all levels in a productive and constructive manner and maintains professional relationshipsUpdates and improves one's knowledge and skills pertaining to learning technology and related fieldsPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducation
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience preferredExperience
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experienceKnowledge of title and escrow industry preferredSkills
Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedentsIndividual contributor working with limited oversightExplains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward mannerSome domestic travel required
