VP, Compliance Manager

responsible for developing, implementing, managing and monitoring a Bank's compliance programs, policies and procedures.

Your specific duties will include:Manage the Bank's consumer compliance program. Implement new regulations or changes to existing regulations.Updates and reviews bank policies and procedures based on regulatory changes, internal audits and examinations by regulatory agencies.Establishes and maintains an ongoing program for internal and external compliance training.Monitors resolution of consumer complaints.Prepares for regulatory examinations and ensure an adequate corrective action process.Serves as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and prepares all regulatory responses with support from all senior managers.Specific qualifications for the position include :

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.7 years of deposit and loan compliance experience with at least 5 years of management experience.Proven Leadership skills.Exellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills.PC proficiency.Salary Range : 124150 - $129350 per year
