At Rosendin, we are dedicated to building quality through integrity, teamwork, and innovation, and we're looking for a Director of Corporate Communications who will be a key steward of our brand and a driver of our mission to "build quality, build trust, and build people." In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our core values of **We Care, We Listen, We Share, We Innovate, and We Excel** are woven into every message we communicate across the organization and externally.

This position supports our three pillars of communication:

Internal: Engaging employees at all levels, including ESOP participants, to foster a unified culture aligned with our mission. Field: Connecting with our craft workers and frontline teams to ensure relevant, timely, and impactful communications. Amplifying Rosendin's brand, purpose, and leadership in the construction industry through executive communications, PR, and content marketing. This position will report into our Marketing and Strategy organization and plays a critical role in shaping Rosendin's future by ensuring that our communications are authentic, aligned with our values, and capable of driving meaningful engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead the Corporate Communications function, including developing executive platforms, creating, and implementing PR strategies, drafting scripts, narratives and messaging, and other executive materials. Drive alignment and engagement through Internal Communications, ensuring all employees-from corporate offices to field teams-feel connected to our mission and understand their role in our success. Lead Field Communications with a deep understanding of the unique needs of our craft workforce, ensuring timely, accessible, and mobile-first communications that resonate with our teams in the field. Shape External Communications by developing compelling narratives, including executive messaging, PR strategies, and content that elevates Rosendin's brand in the industry. Engage in crisis and issues management efforts and financial communications, alongside the marketing team. Support the company's leadership in articulating Rosendin's vision, strategy, and progress in a manner that fosters transparency, trust, and engagement. Create a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration, helping to align the organization around our shared values and mission. Build a small team to transform how we communicate.Oversee the professional development and advancement of your direct reports; identify and create learning opportunities for team members. Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You have a track record of success in developing compelling narratives and building and delivering impactful communications programs. You are a proven strategist and innovative problem solver in a complex and fast-paced environment. You build strong, trusted relationships and have experience supporting senior executives. You take an integrated communications approach - leveraging all relevant channels for maximum impact. You embody a values-led philosophy and are adept at turning change and challenge into opportunities. You believe measurement and research are fundamental to corporate communications. You continually seek new ways of doing things, embrace fun and embody the spirit of teamwork.

A proven strategist and innovator who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment. Experience in Executive Communications, PR, and Employee Communications, with a particular focus on large-scale organizations and distributed workforces. Strong relationship builder who can foster trusted partnerships with senior executives and diverse teams. Expertise in integrated communications strategies, leveraging multiple channels (digital, mobile, video, print) to create maximum impact. A problem solver who embraces change and challenge, turning them into opportunities for engagement and innovation. Be a champion of data-driven communications, with a passion for using metrics and research to measure the effectiveness of communication programs. Someone who believes in building people-you bring out the best in others, promote teamwork, and foster a culture where every voice is heard. A keen ability to simplify complex topics and adjust tone / style as needed Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 10 plus years of experience in public relations and corporate communications, including supervisory and comprehensive comms experience required. WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the job-site. Pay Range

$175,700.00-$230,600.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
