Production Manager

HiFyve is hiring a Production Manager on the Space Coast of Florida!Pay: $75k - $95k (based on experience)1st shift!Bonus opportunitiesFull Benefits Package & 401k matchingRelocation package available Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.Identify and implement improvements in production processes.Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and maintenance to optimize operations.Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.Maintain quality control to meet company standards and customer expectations.Inspect materials and products to address defects and deviations from quality standards.Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources to meet targets and reduce waste.Ensure timely procurement of materials and optimize equipment use and maintenance.Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, staying updated on industry standards.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering is preferred.2+ years of paint manufacturing experience required.Strong knowledge of paint formulations and tank cleaning methods.Expertise in paint manufacturing processes (mixing, blending, tinting, packaging).Familiarity with quality control standards in the paint industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you're interested, please apply or send your resume to emma.kessler@hifyve.com!
