Due to our firm’s rapid growth, we are seeking a senior accountant to join our firm.

Primary job responsibilities include:
Review and prepare federal and multi-state tax returns on a timely and efficient basis; to include business, partnerships, individuals, not-for-profit and trust returns
Review and prepare annual tax provisions and tax planning calculations for estimate and extension purposes
Research complex tax matters in order to summarize results and propose resolutions
Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory tax law developments
Supervise and train members of the tax team
Develop and sustain strong client relationships
Respond to client inquires and taxing authorities
Perform other accounting and tax duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related major is required
2. Do you have at least six years of experience in public accounting
3. Do you hold Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
4. Do you have knowledge Tax Laws
5. Do you have QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience
6. Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word experience
7. CCH ProSystem FX or Axcess Tax experience
8. Caseware experience
