Project Management attributes, and actions you'll be performing:

-Be the financial wizard behind the scenes, managing budgets, cost tracking, and monthly projections.

-Craft and manage subcontractor contracts, overseeing change orders and resources.

-Champion CPM schedule development, ensuring project milestones are met.

-Keep operations running smoothly with oversight of RFI's, procurement, and submittals.

-Lead weekly meetings with Owners, Architects, and Contractors.

-Collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure seamless project execution.

-Mentor and guide the talented team of Project Engineers.

-Develop and nurture trusting partnerships with Owners and Architects.

-Participate in interviews to secure exciting new projects.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies for success:

-Must be a Resident of the United States.

-Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare and/or educational projects.

-A minimum of 5 years' experience within the construction industry.

-Proven track record of successful Project Manager roles on projects with a minimum value of $5 million.

-Prior experience as a Project Engineer, including proficiency in managing RFI's, submittals, and related tasks

-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field.

-Strong references from previous Owners and Employers.

-Fiscal Year End Bonus - Typically ranges from 0-15% of your annual salary, based on the company's profitability and your individual performance. Your first-year bonus will be prorated according to your months of service.

-Short/Long Term Disability - Eligible starting the first month after six months of employment.

-Paid Time Off (PTO) - Begin with 3 weeks per year, accrued at 2.31 hours per week, right from the start.

-Base pay of $90K-130K DOE
