The Neshaminy School District is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as a Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor. This is an ACT 93, 12-month administrative position with an anticiapted start in March/April 2025.

Position Description

The purpose of this position is to enrich and support teaching and learning in order for students to meet academic standards and demonstrate continued growth. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability, along with providing support for all grants including PDE E-Grants. Their primary focus includes overseeing federal programs (I, II, III, IV), managing district grants, and supporting student improvement initiatives and related processes. Terms of Employment

1. Full-time; 12 months

2. Salary and benefits in accordance with terms of the Act 93 Compensation Plan

Education, Training, and Experience

Masters degree from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years or more of successful classroom experience. Other combinations of applicable education, training, and experience which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skill necessary to perform effectively in the position may be considered. Certification and/or Licensure Requirements

Meets the Pennsylvania Department of Education certification requirements for Teacher; and Meets the Pennsylvania Department of Education certification requirements for Supervisory Area of Certification, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, or Principal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Fiscal Responsibility and Accountability: Managing budgets, ensuring financial accountability, and adhering to fiscal regulations and guidelines related to federal programs and grants.

2. PDE E-Grants Support: Facilitating the process of applying for and managing grants through Pennsylvania Department of Education's E-Grants system.

3. Federal Programs Management (I, II, III, IV): Overseeing various federal programs categorized under different titles (I, II, III, IV), which could include funding allocation, compliance, and reporting.

4. District Grants Management: Handling other grants beyond federal programs, likely involving application processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.

5. Student Improvement Efforts: Supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing student outcomes and achievement within the district.

6. Support Processes: Assisting with administrative and logistical processes related to the above responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
