What You Will Do:
Enter vendor invoices Cross review/audit peer AP batches before posting Research and process vendor invoice and subcontract claims for invoice payments, disputes, and statements. Research PO and Subcontract documents Process lien releases: vendor, subcontractor and customer Verify paperwork is submitted for subcontractor progress payments Compliance with use tax rules established by Accounting Supervisor and assisting with audits Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring:
In addition to being self-motivated and flexible, you will
Have 1 or more years Accounts Payable experience, with ability to organize, prioritize, and get results Have experience with AIA vendor subcontract management Have a basic understanding of accounting, GL, and Job Costing Have ability to learn and comprehend sales/use tax requirements Accept assistance and ideas from others for understanding and growth within company Be dependable, well-organized, accurate, motivated, and be able to work autonomously Be proficient in MS Office products and be able to learn Sage Intact and affiliated software Be willing to be "hands on" with all aspects of accounting and finance
