Job Summary:Magical is looking for a do-it-all, wear-many-hats-type Senior Product Manager to focus on building and scaling our core product and infrastructure, named the "Graph". In just under four years, Magical's AI-powered Graph now helps users automate tasks on >40K sites. As Magical's Graph PM, you'll be at the forefront of scaling the 60K+ companies who use Magical to automate tasks to millions of sites across the web and beyond.
Your work will be mission-critical to the success of the company. You'll work with a stellar engineering team specialized across data standardization, home-built and LLM AI models, and more to drive a performant user experience, while keeping an eye on scaling the platform to millions of users. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for creatively solving complex web experiences and technical challenges.
Responsibilities:Own the Platform product roadmap and prioritize features based on trade-offs, impact, and required work.Become the subject-matter-expert at Magical for all things Graph, AI page standardization, search networks, and best-practices you're seeing across the industry.Use data analysis tools and techniques to monitor product performance, measure key metrics, and derive actionable insights.Write and receive feedback on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure concise agreement and execution of the product.Organize and direct product road mapping sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Champion a user-centric approach by empathizing with users, understanding their needs, and advocating for their interests throughout the product development lifecycle.Conduct user interviews to gain an intimate understanding of user workflows and generate product empathy.Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design teams on user studies and leverage insights in product requirements.Communicate team status, progress, obstacles, and functional sequencing to the organization.Embrace a growth mindset, actively seek feedback, learn from user interactions, and iterate on the product to improve its value continuously.Act with urgency, unblocking stakeholders, and driving value to end-users.Qualifications:
Proven experience in product management (4+ years).You've been a product manager on an AI-powered product.Bonus points: you're a previous founder.Your traits:
