INTERNSHIP FORMAT
In-Person:
The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at either our Toledo Assembly Complex or our Dundee Engine Plant. Some interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy.

Manufacturing intern assignments focus on Stellantis Production Way (SPW) processes, products and services in the following areas:
Assembly OperationsEngine and Transmission ManufacturingManufacturing Planning and ControlManufacturing EngineeringStamping OperationsManufacturing QualitySTELLANTIS DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, F-1, etc.) FOR THIS ROLE. Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.Must be willing and able to work in a plant environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related program at an accredited university (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related fieldCompletion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
