In-Person:
The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at one of our Kokomo manufacturing facilities. Interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.Able to work 40 hours per week during the internship.Must be willing and able to work in a plant environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working towards a bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related program at an accredited university (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related fieldCompletion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processesStrong interest in manufacturing and manufacturing operations in the automotive industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
