Need AppEngine Experience MustMinimum 12 yrs years expertise. Development expertise in ITSM, and participation in integration and migrations projects.Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching.Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
