We are SERVPRO in Montrose/Telluride, and we are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to play a key role in our Water Damage Mitigation, Fire & Mold Remediation Department. Our core services include property damage clean-up, and restoration/repair of all manner of property damage, including re-construction (commercial and residential) for buildings that have suffered events such as fire/smoke damage, water/sewage damage, in commercial or residential locations. OVERVIEW OF JOB: The Fire/Water/Mold Project Manager Estimator oversees all aspects of water damage mitigation/restoration projects and mold remediation projects. Likewise, he/she manages all assigned production crews on such jobs. His/her responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, staff development, and revenue growth. This front-line manager leads his/her team to operational excellence. Work time is mostly Monday - Friday, regular daytime business hours. Some after-hours, evenings, and weekends are required as needed.

Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfactionProvide priority response to potential customersDevelop scope of work for projects and Build estimatesNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule crews and resources to provide service on active projectsCoordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractorsDocument and/or review job files to support the services providedMaintain communication with internal and external stakeholdersManage production expensesManage equipment and materials (assets)Follow and oversee safe work practices to OSHA and risk management guidelinesMANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to commit to working at least 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) plus work after hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends.Minimum of 5 years experience in Fire/Water damage restoration, building maintenance, janitorial, or carpet cleaningComputer literate and quick learner in new applicationsMust be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)Must have a valid driver's license and eligible for our auto insuranceMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Experience in scoping and estimating water damage mitigation jobsExperience with the Xactimate estimating programIICRC WRT certification plus 1 moreMust have your own transportation to and from workAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryPossess a valid driver's license in good standing, have no DUI's in last 5 yearsAbility to successfully pass a background check subject to applicable lawsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentIICRC WRT certification (preferred)PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
