We are SERVPRO Montrose/Telluride, and we're seeking an able-bodied individual for the position of MITIGATION (FIRE/WATER/MOLD) CREW SUPERVISOR. If you have basic computer skills, supervisory skills and hands-on experience in mitigation (Fire, water, mold) experience and are willing to learn, this could be your ideal opportunity.
Our core services include property damage clean-up and restoration/repair of homes and businesses that have suffered events such as water or sewage damage, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, trauma scene clean-up. OVERVIEW of JOB
:
Crew Supervisors work with a team that is dispatched to damaged properties to provide a variety of emergency clean-up, dry-out, and repair services. Crew Chiefs supervise and direct team members to install restorative drying equipment and perform specialty cleaning techniques. They also learn to use advanced moisture monitoring equipment to thoroughly document the drying progress of each project. Technicians provide information to the customer, and their supervisor and SERVPRO office staff. Typically, work is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. However, there are times where overtime is required to take care of an emergency services project. Some weeknights and weekend "on call" duty for emergency service jobs.

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesMANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS : - Commit to working at least 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) plus after hours and weekends as needed
- Must be computer literate and quick learner of new applications- Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)- Must have your own transportation to and from work- Must pass a pre-employment background check and qualify for our driver insurance programPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
:
- Experience in performing water damage mitigation and restoration- IICRC WRT Certification- Experience with scoping and sketching site of damaged areas in a building- Experience with in putting on-line documentation for active projects- (Training will be provided to any new hire not already not IICRC certified.)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
PAY RANGE
:
Varies, based upon experience and certifications. Starting wage range is $22.00/Hr - $26.00/Hr. Additionally, overtime pay for over 40 hours work each week plus other incentives also increase total compensation. A lot of room for career advancement and greater earnings.
