Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in supporting PEO IWS, the U.S. Navy's office responsible for acquiring state-of-the-art ship and submarine combat and weapons systems, as a Corporate Operations Administrative Manager.
Patrona Corporation is a DoD federal contractor providing program management, engineering, strategic and operational planning, quality assurance, financial management, and administrative support services.
This position is contingent upon the award of the PEO IWS contract.
Work Location
Washington D.C. metropolitan areaThis position allows a minimal opportunity to work remotely.Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's level Degree with 3 years of related professional experience ORHigh School Diploma with 7 years of related professional experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Providing administrative support including the reception of visitors, reviewing, printing, reproducing, and distributing office correspondence, information and data processing, records management, assisting with government travel arrangements, screening, and directing incoming mail to the appropriate action officers, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars, conference planning, and other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
