1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour + OT + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Description : This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and growing company. This position will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including workflow management, project schedules, and employee productivity to ensure efficient functioning. Supervise laboratory technicians and coordinate daily activities to ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies. Develop and implement safety procedures to foster a culture of safety within the lab. Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, ensuring they are properly calibrated and functioning, and manage inventory of laboratory supplies. Perform laboratory testing, troubleshoot instrument malfunctions, and develop or modify lab procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain laboratory certifications to uphold industry standards. Train and supervise laboratory staff, evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and initiate disciplinary action when necessary. Manage the budget for the laboratory team, optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenses. Assist with hiring, succession planning, and talent identification to build a strong laboratory team.
Requirements:3+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in a related field or the military.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience managing personnel and evaluating employee performance.A bachelor's in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, or medical technology, and or similar military experience. Must be proficient with laboratory instruments such as pH meters, hydrometers, balances, turbidity meters, and other analytical equipment.
