, Inc. has an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator to support our STORM program on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description:
The Operations Coordinator will serve as an Analyst/Operations Coordinator for the International Programs (IP) Directorate, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. Position will be primarily focused on supporting procurement and contracting.
Responsibilities :Provides support to the IP Lead in development, execution, and delivery of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.Provides support to the International Programs Division for scheduling and timing of IP efforts within STORM.Tracks program actions items for reporting and assists IP Leads for country specific efforts and coordinates between PMO functional areas and Product Offices.Provides regular status updates to IP leadership, performs database research, and provides data summaries.Provides support to the IP Leads for country specific program reviews, meetings, and dialogues.Organizes meetings/engagements, takes minutes/notes, and records meeting documentationCreates briefing materials for senior level leadership and briefs leadership, using excellent written and verbal skills.Monitors FMS case funds and tracks schedules for training, meetings, and deliveries.Creates documents, correspondence, and memos for leaderships review.Collaborate in a team environment with professionalism and manages and updates data and tracks to completion.Travel will be required (CONUS and OCONUS) - 25%.Experience/Skills Required :
Possess a DoD active secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain an interim clearance in a reasonable timeframe.Have a Master's degree and 7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, an Associates' degree and 11 years of experience or HS diploma and 13 years of experience.Two or more years of experience supporting detailed scheduling and coordination of activities within an organization.At least one year or more of experience related to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and skilled in taking minutes/notes and assembling meeting documentation.4 out of 5 proficiency with MS suite of applications, mainly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and have the ability to develop briefing material for senior leadership.2 or more years of experience in budgeting processes and financial reporting is desired.
