About the role:

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining McCrometer's online email & digital marketing technologies with a focus on creating custom email campaigns, building automated marketing workflows for sales & customer service, enhancing marketing lead (MQL) nurture sequences, enabling customer engagement programs, managing end-to-end email operations, and improving data segmentation.

This position is part of the Marketing & Service Department located in Hemet, California and will be Hybrid (3 days on-site).

In this role, you will:Oversee the entire lifecycle of email campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring high deliverability rates and campaign success.Build and optimize automated lead nurturing programs and lead scoring models to ensure quality leads are delivered to Sales.Report on leads generated, email campaign performance, and lead nurturing effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.Create detailed audience segmentation strategies to support targeted campaigns and manage customer activation programs.Perform quality assurance testing for all email campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and compliance with industry standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Manage customer experience through automated form submission sequences, ensuring data is captured and routed accurately.Work closely with Sales and external partners to develop partnership marketing programs and improve customer engagement initiatives.Are you qualified?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3-5 years of experience in marketing automation and EMP technologies, specifically with Adobe Marketo.Strong experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring, including segmentation. Knowledge in custom HTML email creation is preferred.Experience managing email operations, QA testing, and troubleshooting issues related to email deliverability.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic, or 6Sense is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
