Summary

negotiate and determine parts cost/price

through communication with the customer ,

business plan sales cost/price , monthly sales management, component development schedule management, and mass production-related tasks are carried out. In addition, the Product Sales Assistant Manager provides feedback on requests from various customer departments, giving customers a positive image of the company and contributing to improving the company's development, growth, and profit and loss. MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.Essential Functions

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

Collaborate with any team in the plant and HQ in Korea through new projects, from RFQ to product specification and pricing negotiation.

Prepare price decisions based on cost calculations with HQ in Korea

Negotiate Parts price with OEM for new projects and Engineering changes

Negotiate tooling costs and other expenses with OEM.

Communicate with customers for any issue related to Sales.

Manage daily billing for the training goods for Monthly closing

Maintain sales goals by monthly, quarterly, and yearly and

Create and analyze sales results reports.

Manage accounts receivable from OEM.

Other tasks as assigned.

May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience : 3-5 years

Education : Bachelor's Degree(BA/BS)

Degree Field: Engineering/Science or Business/Economics field, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience in the Automotive industry.

(Automobile parts cost/accounting/price/sales work experience)Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong cost/accounting analytical and technical skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

Experience in the automotive manufacturing environment

Experience in Electric Powertrain product

Experience in using ERP system

Negotiation/ Project Management Skills in the Automotive industry

Hyundai/Kia Motor parts cost/accounting/price/sales (3+ years)

Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English

Office setting, some walking within and between buildings

Overtime as needed

Frequent travel with possible overnight or extended stays

Working in all Development work groups if needed
