The Product Sales Assistant Manager has an understanding and knowledge of automotive parts, particularly in electric powertrain products (motor, inverter, reducer, onboard charger, converter, and battery system). Therefore, the Product Sales Assistant Manager can
negotiate and determine parts cost/price
through communication with the customer ,
business plan sales cost/price , monthly sales management, component development schedule management, and mass production-related tasks are carried out. In addition, the Product Sales Assistant Manager provides feedback on requests from various customer departments, giving customers a positive image of the company and contributing to improving the company's development, growth, and profit and loss. The Product Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the senior manager well, making decisions about the job on time, and fostering subordinates.

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)Collaborate with any team in the plant and HQ in Korea through new projects, from RFQ to product specification and pricing negotiation.Prepare price decisions based on cost calculations with HQ in KoreaNegotiate Parts price with OEM for new projects and Engineering changesNegotiate tooling costs and other expenses with OEM.Communicate with customers for any issue related to Sales.Manage daily billing for the training goods for Monthly closingMaintain sales goals by monthly, quarterly, and yearly andCreate and analyze sales results reports.Manage accounts receivable from OEM.Other tasks as assigned.May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Required Education & Experience:
Experience : 3-5 yearsEducation : Bachelor's Degree(BA/BS)Degree Field: Engineering/Science or Business/Economics field, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience in the Automotive industry.(Automobile parts cost/accounting/price/sales work experience)
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong cost/accounting analytical and technical skillsPreferred Education & Experience:
Experience in the automotive manufacturing environmentExperience in Electric Powertrain productExperience in using ERP systemNegotiation/ Project Management Skills in the Automotive industryHyundai/Kia Motor parts cost/accounting/price/sales (3+ years)Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and EnglishCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
