Whether you come from a traditional finance background or are looking to explore career possibilities through a rotational leadership and development program, you’ll gain experience in today’s changing economic environment with support through comprehensive skills training, dedicated junior- and senior-level mentorship, networking events, and access to top thought leaders in a Personal Bank Executive Summer Speaker Series.
Your time here will look something like this...
The USPB Analyst Internship is a 10-week summer program that provides experience working on one team within the U.S. Personal Bank. The Program includes pro-active mentoring from various leadership levels within the bank, networking events, and career development opportunities. Each Analyst Intern will spend 10-weeks immersed in a business group, such as: Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Marketing, Operations, In-Business Credit & Franchise Risk, Client Experience, and more. We offer a variety of functional roles to fit the diverse interests of our Analysts, such as: Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics. Upon completion of the Program, Analyst Interns are considered for an offer to join the 2026 Full Time Personal Banking Analyst Program.

You are obtaining your undergraduate degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
You have maintained a 3.3 GPA and above
You have U.S. Work Authorization
