We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Finance Director to lead our financial department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, tax planning, asset management, and strategic planning. The Finance Director will also be responsible for managing and supervising the finance team, ensuring all financial reporting is accurate and timely, and will be the primary point of contact for all financial inquiries and issues. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a highly motivated and experienced financial professional who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, tax planning, and asset management.Manage and supervise the finance team, ensuring all financial reporting is accurate and timely.Attend and participate in board meetings, providing financial insight and advice to the board of directors.Ensure the company is compliant with all financial regulations and standards.Analyze financial data and create reports for the board of directors, stakeholders, and other company executives.Work closely with other departments to develop financial plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.Manage the company's investment portfolio and oversee all financial transactions.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is highly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of success.Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and create reports.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and understandable manner.Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.Experience in participating in board meetings, providing financial insight and advice to the board of directors.Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with risk management.Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
