Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors.2. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.4. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.5. Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.6. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.7. Drive the development of the organization's culture and overall company vision.8. Oversee the organization’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.9. Implement effective operational policies and processes in alignment with organizational goals.10. Provide inspirational leadership to a high-performing team of senior executives, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a similar role & Nonprofit Industry.2. Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.3. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.4. Strong public speaking ability and exceptional leadership skills.5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.6. Solid understanding of financial management and measures of performance.7. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.8. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.9. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.10. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with a strong strategic and business acumen.11.
