Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees, ensuring that all questions are answered promptly and accurately.3. Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation of all benefits programs.4. Develop and implement benefits policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws.5. Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training for employees and management.6. Analyze benefits programs to assess competitiveness and cost-effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.7. Prepare and maintain accurate benefits records and reports.8. Stay up-to-date on current benefits trends and legislation, advising management on the impact of these on our benefits programs.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 1 year experience in benefits administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in the administration and coordination of benefits programs.3. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.4. Exceptional administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and understandable manner.6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with benefits administration software.8.
